Parkinson's is a disease that Apple Watch has received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to track.

The software was developed by San Francisco-based startup Rune Labs.Medtronic Inc. will measure brain signals through the implant,

and software developed by Rune Labs will use Apple's motion sensors to detect falls and shakes.

The purpose of Rune Lab is to collect as much patient data as possible so that the disease can be treated as quickly as possible.

Presently the process of collecting data is complex and symptoms of illness may vary from time to time.

Rune Lab's strivePD software in Apple Watch will continue to provide doctors with data that will last for a long time until a cure is found.

A test study published by Apple scientists last year in the journal Science Translational Medicine showed

that the device they developed was effective in tracking Parkinson's symptoms.

Rune Lab seeks to strengthen the speed of treatment of Parkinson's patients by studying them extensively, as well as speeding up the development of medicine.
